Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale or strategic recruitment functions.
• Strong experience in executive search, workforce planning, and senior-level hiring.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills.
• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruitment technology.
• Excellent analytical and strategic-thinking capabilities.
• Master's degree or relevant HR certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's global talent acquisition strategy.

• Lead recruitment technology, automation, and data-driven talent initiatives.
• Manage relationships with executive search firms, recruitment agencies, and external partners.
• Present talent insights, hiring strategies, and workforce recommendations to senior leadership.
