Zusammenfassung

Banyan Tree is seeking a Cluster Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition in Dubai to lead end-to-end recruitment across the cluster. You will partner with departmental heads and HR leadership to forecast workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines across all Banyan Tree properties.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives to position Banyan Tree as an employer of choice in the UAE hospitality sector.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, ideally within hospitality or a service-driven industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and records management).
• Familiarity with UAE labor law and employment regulations or ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Support and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition across the cluster from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Partner with Department Heads, Hiring Managers and HR leadership to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies across all properties.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, career fairs, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct screening, competency-based interviews, assessments and selection processes in line with recruitment standards.
• Coordinate career fairs, university partnerships and other talent attraction initiatives.
