Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a Cluster Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment across the cluster, partnering with hiring managers and leadership to forecast needs and build strong talent pipelines.

You will manage candidate screening, assessments, and onboarding, help shape employer branding, and ensure compliant, efficient recruitment aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business; HR certifications a plus.
• 3–5 years HR experience, ideally in hospitality or service-driven industry.
• Knowledge of UAE labor law and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS/ATS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities across the cluster from manpower planning to onboarding.
• Collaborate with Department Heads, Hiring Managers, and HR leadership to define workforce requirements.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies across all properties.
