Job description

As a Cluster Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring the best talent across the cluster. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership teams, you’ll support and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and maintaining strong talent pipelines.

You’ll be a key ambassador of the employer brand, helping to position our hotels as an employer of choice while ensuring recruitment practices align with business needs, company values, and brand standards.
