Job summary

Tanqeeb is looking for a confident, energetic Female Recruiter & HR Generalist to join our Dubai team. You will own end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and client relationships, with performance-based earning potential.

This role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, attendance, leave, and HR coordination for 50+ staff. You’ll build pipelines, develop new business opportunities, and manage relationships with candidates and clients in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of UAE recruitment and/or HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with candidates, clients and employees.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with targets, business development and performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, blue-collar and domestic staffing.
• Source, screen, interview and place candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave and HR coordination.
• Support HR operations for a workforce of 50+ employees.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Convert recruitment enquiries into business opportunities.
