Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates for senior review.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support recruitment events, campaigns, and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and keep the ATS updated.
