Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Search and Selection – contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current vacancies;
  • Active on social media. Creative and is open to making posts and video material on social media channels on behalf of the company.
  • Interviewing candidates and preparing interview notes;
  • Submission of suitable candidates CVs and interview notes to clients within defined timeframe;
  • Arranging interviews upon request from clients;
  • Preparing candidates for interviews;
  • Obtaining feedback on candidates from client;
  • Being a key contact in negotiation between clients and successful candidates on Job Offer;
  • Proactive marketing of existing hot candidates;
  • Logging Jobs onto the websites;
  • Awareness of new business potential;
  • Adding and updating candidates on Bullhorn
  • Writing Job Advertisements;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients and contractors;
  • Updating Interview and Vacancy database
  • Preparing monthly reporting to Fircroft
  • Company branding.
