Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Production Support specialist with 8–10 years of overall experience and at least 6 years in relevant roles. You will support mission-critical banking/payment platforms, work with UAE payment systems, and handle 24x7 incident resolution with RCA.

The ideal candidate has strong Linux/Unix, Windows Server, Oracle DB/SQL skills, experience with Java apps and APIs, and familiarity with HA/DR, patching, and automation.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of overall experience.
• 6 years in Production/Application Support or Infra Ops.
• Experience with mission-critical Banking/Payment platforms.
• Knowledge of UAE payment systems such as UAEFTS, Aniy, IPI, ICCS, SWIFT, BUNTA and AFQA.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Linux/Unix, Windows Server, Oracle DB/SQL, Java apps and APIs.
• Monitoring, log analysis and APM tools (Dynatrace).
• High availability, disaster recovery and 24x7 operations.
• Infrastructure patching, vulnerability remediation and EOS/EOL upgrades.
• ISO 200022 knowledge; Shell scripting and automation a plus.

Core Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience overall and 6 years relevant in Production Support, Application Support, SR or Infrastructure Operations
• Experience supporting mission-critical Banking / Payment platforms, preferably Payment Hub
• Knowledge of UAE payment systems such as UAEFTS, Aniy, IPI, ICCS, SWIFT, BUNTA and AFQA
• Strong hands-on experience in Incidence Management, troubleshooting, service restoration and Root Cause Analysis
• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix, Windows Server, Oracle DB/SQL, Java applications and APIs
• Experience with Monitoring, Log Analysis and APM tools such as Dynatrace
• Strong understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, resilience testing and 24x7 operations
• Experience with infrastructure patching, vulnerability remediation, EOS/EOL upgrades and audit/risk remediation
• Knowledge of ISO 200022
• Exposure to Shell Scripting, operational automation, ITIL and Chaos Engineering is an advantage
• Ability to work in a shift-based, 24x73 production support environment
