Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to drive SRE practices for critical Cards applications in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure availability, resilience, performance, and stability across Card Management, Card Control, and Settlement systems.

You will lead RCA for incidents, coordinate with vendors, and support SIT/UAT, production releases, patching, and upgrades. Strong knowledge of PCI DSS and cloud/native architectures is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good experience in SRE, production engineering/support, or solution engineering.
• Strong Cards & Payments domain knowledge covering issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience supporting 24×7 high-availability transactional systems and critical production incidents.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, security, compliance, HA/DR, RTO/RPO, performance, and capacity management.
• Strong experience collaborating with business, technology teams, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive SRE practices for availability, resilience, performance and stability of critical Cards applications.
• Provide functional and technical support for Card Management, Card Control, Card Clearing and Settlement, and related integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across applications, API, middleware, database, OS, network and infrastructure layers.
• Lead RCA for critical incidents and drive permanent corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and vendors for solution design, delivery and issue resolution.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, production releases, patching and upgrades.
• Strengthen monitoring, alerting, observability and self-healing automation.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and production-readiness assessments.

• Experience in requirements, impact analysis, system integration, SIT/UAT, and production readiness.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, security, compliance, HA/DR, RTO/RPO, performance, and capacity management.
• Strong experience collaborating with business, technology teams, and external vendors.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Terraform/Ansible, automation, monitoring, and self-healing solutions.
• Exposure to API gateways, messaging, and enterprise integrations.Experience in cloud modernization and security engineering.
• Relevant Cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, SRE, or ITIL certifications are an advantage.
