Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable payment systems and high-availability infrastructure. You will develop automated provisioning and deployment solutions, monitor performance, and drive reliability initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8–10 years in production support/SRE with strong troubleshooting, scripting, and incident management skills and deep knowledge of Oracle databases,

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in production support, SRE or infrastructure operations.
Experience in banking/payment domains and ISO 20022 familiarity.
Strong incident management and root-cause analysis capability.

Responsibilities

Provide production support for payment systems and infrastructure.
Lead incident triage, resolution and post-incident reviews.
Implement monitoring, automation, and health checks to ensure reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLOs/SLIs and DR readiness.
