Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced ATM operations and production support specialist in the UAE. The role focuses on monitoring ATM applications, automating deployments, and ensuring 24x7 availability with robust monitoring and logging.

You will collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot complex defects and implement timely fixes, leveraging BASE24/ePS, KAL, KTC, and Vynamic tools in a high‑volume, 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking technology or payment application support.
• 5+ years hands-on ATM applications and self-service banking platforms.
• Experience with ATM acquiring and BASE24 authorization environments.
• Experience with KAL/KTC/Vynamic ATM management applications.

Proactively monitor ATM application performance and availability identifying and resolving issues before they impact customers Automate repetitive operational tasks such as deployments scaling and incident response to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors Develop and maintain robust monitoring alerting and logging systems to ensure comprehensive visibility into application health Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot complex application defects and implement timely fixes

Years of Experience

• *8 – 10Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in production/application support, Site Reliability Engineering, infrastructure support for cards payment technology environments.

Required Skills

• *In-depth knowledge of Authorization Switch platforms, particularly BASE24 / BASE24-eps, and ATM acquiring transaction processing.
• Strong knowledge of ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines, recycler machines, ATM transaction flows and ATM state management.
• Hands-on knowledge of ATM message protocols and interfaces including NDC, XFS and ATM Web Interfaces.
• Good knowledge of KAL ATM software and related configuration, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of KTC and Vynamic applications for ATM monitoring and management.
• Good knowledge of ATM operations, cash management, reconciliation, settlement and terminal incident handling.
• Good knowledge of Debit and Credit Card products, authorization, switching and transaction lifecycle.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere and Oracle WebLogic application servers.
• Experience with TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows and AIX operating systems.
• Strong database skills in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database and Oracle PL/SQL, including SQL query development and data analysis.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, XML, JavaScript, ASP scripts and Microsoft IIS.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile development methodologies and the ITIL framework.
• Strong application-log analysis, incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis and production-support skills.

• Experience troubleshooting integrated environments involving application servers, ESB, databases, operating systems and payment switches.
• Experience supporting high-volume, business-critical 24x7 production environments.
• Experience with incident, problem, change and release management processes.
