Job summary

Aqary Investement And Development is seeking a System Analyst with experience in the Real Estate industry to analyze business requirements and design scalable system solutions for property management platforms. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective delivery.

You will gather requirements from sales, leasing and property management teams, translate them into detailed specifications, and collaborate with developers, UI/UX, and QA to implement robust workflows

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Real Estate / Property Management systems is required.
• Understanding of real estate workflows (sales rentals property listings contracts).
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. Proven experience as a System Analyst or Business/System Analyst. Strong understanding or experience in the real estate industry. Experience with CRM or Property Management Systems is a plus. Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation. Experience in system documentation and reporting. Preferred Skills Experience with Real Estate ERP or Property Management Systems. Knowledge of APIs and system integration. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Understanding of real estate processes (sales leasing property lifecycle).
