Job summary

Aqary Investement And Development is seeking a System Analyst with experience in the Real Estate industry to analyze business requirements and design scalable system solutions for property management platforms. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective delivery.

You will gather requirements from sales, leasing and property management teams, translate them into detailed specifications, and collaborate with developers, UI/UX, and QA to implement robust workflows

Qualifications

4 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong experience in Real Estate / Property Management systems is required.
Understanding of real estate workflows (sales rentals property listings contracts).
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from real estate stakeholders (sales, leasing, property management teams).
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver system solutions.
Design workflows for real estate operations such as: Property listings, Tenant management, Sales & leasing processes, CRM integration
Improve and optimize existing real estate systems for better performance and user experience.
Conduct system testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Support integration with third-party real estate platforms and payment systems.
Prepare documentation including BRD, SRS and process flows.
