Job summary

Zoho Corporation Pvt in Dubai is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into precise specifications and user stories.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support solution design and testing, maintain traceability, and help drive project delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in analytics and a strong understanding of CRM/ERP/HRMS domains.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong industry understanding for CRM, ERP, HRMS implementations.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Analyse current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support solution design, system implementation, and change initiatives.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability and ensure accurate, up-to-date project documentation.
• Assist with project planning, status reporting, risk identification, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and organisational strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong industry understanding for implementing CRM, ERP, HRMS will be required.
• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
