Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Requirements Analyst and Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between our clients’ business needs and our software development team, ensuring accurate and comprehensive system requirements gathering, documentation, and solution architecture. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, along with exceptional communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, business owners, and stakeholders to understand their requirements, goals, and objectives, and translate them into well-defined system requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas of improvement and innovation in software solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements, elicit insights, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Define and document high-level solution architectures that align with clients’ needs and our software development capabilities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business owners, clients, and the software development team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during the implementation phase to ensure the designed solutions are accurately translated into functional software.
• Evaluate and propose technology solutions that address complex business challenges while considering factors like scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met effectively.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and the software development life cycle.
• Experience in guiding and collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose effective solutions.
• Knowledge of industry-standard tools for requirements gathering, documentation, and diagramming.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
