Job summary

Sundus Recruitment and Outsourcing Services, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Swimming Coach to join our client’s aquatic program in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience, an Associate Degree, and strong English skills.

Responsibilities include teaching swimming techniques, ensuring safety, and motivating swimmers of all levels in a structured program.

Qualifications

• Strong swimming ability with knowledge of strokes, starts, turns, and techniques.
• Teaching skills to explain movements clearly and correct swimmers' mistakes.
• Excellent communication to give instructions, encouragement, and feedback.
• Safety awareness including water safety, rescue techniques, and emergency procedures.
• Patience and motivation to help beginners and advanced swimmers improve at their own pace.
• Fitness and training knowledge of conditioning, endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Responsibilities
