Job summary

GREEN SPORT CLUB in Dubai and Ajman is seeking a part-time, on-site Swim Coach to deliver engaging, structured swim sessions.

You will work with swimmers across ages and abilities, plan lessons, focus on technique, water safety, and provide clear, encouraging feedback to help learners progress.

Flexible evenings and weekend scheduling is required, with a collaborative approach to the wider coaching team.

Qualifications

• Strong swimming and aquatics skills with ability to demonstrate techniques confidently.
• Swim instruction and lessons experience, planning and delivering structured programs for different ages and skill levels.
• Basic lifeguarding skills and knowledge of water safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Swimming and Aquatics skills, with the ability to demonstrate proper techniques confidently.
• Candidates should possess Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons experience, including planning and delivering structured programs for different age groups and skill levels.
• Candidates should possess basic Lifeguarding skills and knowledge of water safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all swimmers.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse participants and provide clear, encouraging feedback.
• Candidates should possess relevant coaching or swim instruction certifications; lifeguard certification and first aid/CPR training are highly beneficial.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, and collaborate effectively with the wider coaching and facility team.
