Groupl in Dubai is seeking a responsible Lifeguard/Swimming Coach to oversee aquatic activities, ensure swimmer safety, and deliver professional instruction. The role requires supervising pools, teaching varied skill levels, and responding to emergencies with calm, decisive action.

The ideal candidate holds a Lifeguard certification with CPR/First Aid/AED, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Certified Lifeguard and/or Swimming Instructor.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification.
• Strong swimming ability and knowledge of strokes.
• Experience as lifeguard or coach preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to perform water rescues.
• Passion for water safety and swim instruction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas to ensure the safety of all participants.
