The ideal candidate has extensive hotel kitchen experience, strong leadership, and a deep knowledge of sushi and seafood.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in hotel kitchen environments.
• Mastery of sushi knowledge and sanitation requirements.
• Strong leadership, training, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sushi production to the highest professional standards.
