Job Summary:
A professionally qualified or near-qualified position responsible for the independent delivery of RICS Red Book-compliant real estate valuations across a broad range of asset classes and purposes. - Apply appropriate valuation methodologies — Income Capitalisation, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Sales Comparison, Cost and Residual/Development approaches — in accordance with RICS and IVS standards.
- Manage instruction files from initial engagement through to final report delivery, maintaining compliance with RICS Registered Valuer requirements and internal QA protocols.
- Develop and maintain a robust comparable evidence database covering sales transactions, rental evidence, yields and market indices across relevant UAE submarkets.
- Liaise directly with clients — including banks, corporate occupiers, private investors, law firms, accountants and government bodies — to clarify scope, address queries and present findings.
- Contribute to business development activity by identifying new client opportunities, attending industry events and supporting pitch and proposal preparation.
- Complete a minimum of 20 hours of CPD per annum and maintain RICS Registered Valuer status where applicable.
- Assist and mentor Graduate Surveyors on specific instructions and support their APC progression.

- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels, both internally and with clients, banking institutions and advisory firms.
- Commercially aware and client-focused, with the confidence to present findings clearly and advise effectively under pressure.
- Highly organised with sound project management skills, particularly when managing competing deadlines across a portfolio of instructions.
- Experience
- Minimum 3 years of real estate valuation experience, ideally in the UAE; AssocRICS or MRICS, or on track for MRICS;
- Argus Enterprise and Excel proficiency;
- Excellent English, with Arabic an advantage.
