Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Core in Dubai invites applications for a Surveyor/Valuer in Valuations & Advisory. The role delivers RICS Red Book–compliant valuations across commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial and mixed-use assets, with end-to-end instruction management and client engagement.

The candidate will prepare reports under IAS 40/IFRS 13, apply multiple valuation methods, and ensure QA compliance while contributing to business development in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of real estate valuation experience, ideally in the UAE.
• AssocRICS or MRICS, or on track for MRICS within 12–18 months.
• Argus Enterprise and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct inspections and market investigations for various asset classes across the UAE.
• Prepare RICS Red Book–compliant valuation reports (loan security, IAS 40/IFRS 13, acquisitions, disposals, rentals).
• Apply valuation methodologies: Income Capitalisation, DCF, Sales Comparison, Cost and Residual/Development.
• Manage instruction files from engagement to final report with QA compliance.
• Develop and maintain a robust comparable evidence database for UAE submarkets.
• Liaise with banks, corporate occupiers, private investors, law firms and government bodies.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and assisting with pitches.
• Complete CPD ≥20 hours per year and maintain RICS Registered Valuer status where applicable.
• Assist and mentor Graduate Surveyors and support APC progression.
