The ideal candidate holds MRICS, is an RICS Registered Valuer, and has 1+ year post-qualifications in commercial valuations, with UAE market knowledge and Argus familiarity.

Qualifications

• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with post-qualification experience.
• RICS Registered Valuer certification.
• Extensive experience in commercial property valuation.
• In-depth UAE real estate market knowledge.
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise/Developer desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid UAE driving licence and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and valuations of commercial properties across the UAE.
• Provide market-driven advice on commercial property types.
• Prepare valuation reports and present concise advice to clients.
• Develop and utilise models using Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.
• Liaise with clients to ensure high-quality advice and service.
• Take ownership of instructions with minimal supervision.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Support business development and cross-department collaboration.
