Qualifications

• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise/Developer desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and valuations of commercial properties across the UAE, applying local market knowledge and expertise.

• Prepare detailed valuation reports and present clear, concise advice to clients.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• RICS Registered Valuer certification.
• Extensive experience in commercial property valuation.
• Comprehensive understanding of valuation regulations and relevant legislation.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market is essential.
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid UAE driving licence and available vehicle.
