Job summary

White Label Consultancy (WLC) on behalf of a client in Dubai invites applications for a full-time Property Valuer. The role covers residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and land valuations in line with RICS Red Book and IVS.

The ideal candidate is MRICS qualified with 3–5 years UAE experience and holds RERA valuation certification; Big Four or international advisory exposure is preferred. You will prepare detailed valuation reports and interact with clients and professionals.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
• Minimum 3–5 years of practical property valuation experience in Dubai/UAE.
• RERA/Dubai valuation certification.
• Preferably experience with a Big Four firm, international property consultancy or established real estate advisory company.
• Valuation experience across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use properties, land and buildings.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market dynamics and comparable transactions.
• Familiarity with RICS Red Book, IVS and UAE valuation regulations.
• Proficiency in valuation approaches (market, income, cost, DCF) and Excel.

Role Description

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a full-time, on-site Property Valuer position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed real estate appraisals and valuations across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use properties, land and buildings, in accordance with local and international valuation standards, including RICS Red Book and International Valuation Standards (IVS).

Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, analysing market evidence and comparable transactions, reviewing legal and planning documentation, and preparing comprehensive valuation reports and financial analyses.

The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants and other real estate professionals, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, regulatory requirements and valuation methodologies.

• Familiarity with RICS Red Book, International Valuation Standards (IVS) and applicable UAE valuation regulations.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and financial modelling capabilities, including proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent English report-writing and communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional valuation reports for institutional, corporate and private-sector clients.
• Relevant academic qualification in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Surveying or a related discipline.
• Ability to independently manage multiple valuation assignments, meet deadlines and maintain high professional standards.
