Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Residential Valuer to join the team in Dubai. You will perform valuations for residential properties, conduct site inspections, and prepare reports in line with RICS guidelines and client instructions.

The role requires up to 3 years of valuations experience in the Middle East, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and a sound knowledge of the local market is important.

Qualifications

• Valuation professional with up to 3 years of valuations experience in the Middle East.
• Fresh Graduates who are keen to learn on the job are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of the local property industry and market across relevant market areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, data searching and preparation of valuation reports for residential properties.
• Complete allocated valuations to a high quality and on time, following company and client instructions.
• Exercise sound judgement to produce accurate valuation reports.
• Maintain knowledge of local residential market and contribute to database updates.
• Participate in local marketing functions and team meetings, sharing ideas.
• Undertake other duties as directed by management.
