ConFlip in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE is seeking a Support Manager to lead and develop the customer support team. The role focuses on guiding staff, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, strong English communication, and a track record of effective team management. Arabic is a plus; visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Familiarity with customer service software systems (e.g. Zendesk).
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades
