Job summary

Jobleader in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE is seeking an experienced Support Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the support team and ensure excellent service delivery to clients. You will mentor staff, develop and implement support strategies, monitor SLAs, coordinate with other departments, drive process improvements, and maintain accurate records with regular reports to management.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in a similar IT-focused role, and show strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in IT.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of biometric passport systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement support strategies to meet client needs.
• Monitor and maintain service level agreements, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of client concerns.
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and provide regular reports to management.
