Policies, Processes, Procedures
- Implement approved departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls across the assigned area of operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procedural and legislative requirements while delivering consistent high‑quality and cost‑effective security services
Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Execute daily Security department activities within the assigned area
- Ensure all security operations comply with established policies, procedures, and operational standards
Investigation & Reporting
- Conduct investigations into security incidents independently or in coordination with relevant authorities where required
- Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions based on findings
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and follow up on corrective actions
Training & Security Awareness
- Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering security training programs across all organizational levels
- Promote security awareness to reduce the frequency and severity of security‑related incidents
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee understanding of security policies and procedures
Maintenance, Testing & Inspection
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance and testing of all security protection systems to ensure operational readiness
- Conduct routine workplace inspections and security assessments
- Identify areas of non‑compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards
- Recommend corrective actions to improve security compliance and operational effectiveness
- Maintain knowledge of applicable local regulations and internationally recognized security standards
Safety, Quality & Environment
- Comply with all Safety, Quality, and Environmental (SQE) policies, procedures, and controls
- Promote a safe working environment while supporting environmental and regulatory compliance
Authority & Decision Making
- Operate within approved Security policies, procedures, standards, and delegated authority
- Recommend corrective actions to address identified security risks and compliance gaps
- Coordinate maintenance, testing, inspections, and investigations within the assigned area of responsibility
- Perform duties within clearly defined policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
- Make routine operational decisions related to security activities within the assigned area
- Escalate significant security risks, incidents, or non‑compliance issues to management
- Ensure work outputs meet established quality, safety, and security standards
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional accreditation or membership with a recognized Security or Law Enforcement association is preferred
Minimum Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in military, police, or industrial security services
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
- Knowledge of Physical Security and Information Security principles
- Understanding of access control systems, surveillance, and incident reporting
- Strong observation and situational awareness skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies
- Basic report writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and follow established security procedures
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with security management systems
