Job summary

Jumeirah, a global luxury hospitality group, is seeking a Team Leader - Housekeeping for Al Naseem in Dubai. You will supervise daily housekeeping operations, lead room attendants, and uphold cleanliness and guest service standards.

The role requires up to 2 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and familiarity with Micros Cashiering. You will coordinate inventories and mentor a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
• Post School Qualification or High School Diploma or similar.
• Exposure to handling Micros Cashiering system.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, leading the team to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
• Brief room attendants on daily assignments and priorities across shifts.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, coordinating with vendors and ensuring stock levels meet needs.

• Conduct regular room and public area inspections to maintain high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, coordinating with vendors and ensuring stock levels meet operational needs

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
• Post School Qualification or High School Diploma or similar
• Exposure of handling Micros Cashiering system
