Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead on-site contract delivery for building services, including MEP and outsourced partners. You will ensure compliance with HSE policies, maintain documentation, and drive CAFM updates to monitor asset performance.

The role requires strong client and supplier relations, a training plan for the team, and a focus on continuous improvement, KPI achievement, and timely reporting to FM administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing contract delivery per scope of works.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and policies.
• Ability to manage CAFM systems and quality checks.
• Experience with KPI and SLA reporting.
• Experience managing MEP and outsourced services.
• Strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• On-site team leadership and training planning.
• Regular incident reporting and continuous improvement on site.

Responsibilities

• Managing the on-going contract delivery in accordance with scope of works
• Adherence and ensure team adhere to all Health and Safety regulations policies
• Contract specific documentation which is contract management PPM schedule and health and safety documents
• Ensure CAFM systems are updated by the teams and verify regular the quality of the jobs done by the teams and analyze the performance of the asset
• Have a continuous improvement plan in place
• To ensure team delivers and understand the KPI and Service Level Agreement agreed with the client
• Evaluate the risk on site and ensure training provided to the team members on the same
• Have a training plan in place and ensure 100 implementation
• Responsible for facility management services including MEP and specialist services
• Managing all technical and non-technical outsourced service contracts
• Ensuring an adequate availability of supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings
• Train team members in all aspects of the technical and non-technical services
• Actively multi skill all Company staff to increase flexibility and job satisfaction
• Report any incidents within the agreed time frame
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives on site and check effectiveness
• To ensure excellent relationships is maintained with the customers our suppliers and subcontractors
• To ensure monthly reports inputs are provided to FM Admin on monthly basis for reports
• Ensure team maintain goo hygiene and grooming standards
• The role will be expected to work with the Assistant Facility Manager to develop strong Customer relationships to achieve contract organic growth improved customer satisfaction sustainable business and the delivery of services in line with the customer rsquo s expectation and maintaining a high profile and positive image for the LFM Business
