Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Supervisor - Business Services Center to lead the resort's Business Services Center team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will supervise representatives, ensure on-time task completion, and maintain Wynn's luxury service standards.

You will train staff, manage workflows, and monitor KPIs, while coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business services or administrative roles in luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Business Services Center representatives, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain Wynn's service standards.
• Oversee daily workflows, including documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn policies and UAE regulations.
• Act as an escalation point for internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Support the Assistant Manager in implementing best practices and new initiatives.
• Prepare and review operational reports for management.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to KPIs.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.
