Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Subcontracting Engineer with strong UAE experience in Oil & Gas / EPC projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 8+ years UAE experience, with expertise in subcontract management, vendor inspection, QA/QC and procurement support. Candidates should be familiar with ITPs, MR/PRs, POs, MTCs and Manufacturing Dossiers, and must possess fluent Arabic and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• 8+ years UAE experience in Oil & Gas / EPC.
• Experience in Subcontract Management and vendor inspection.
• QA/QC and procurement support involvement.
• Experience with ITPs, MRs/PRs, POs and MTCs.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Dossiers.
• Proficient in Arabic and English communication.

• CSWIP 3.1 / ASNT Level II
• Seamless & welded pipe production knowledge
• Heat treatment & hydrotesting
• ISO 9001 / ISO 19011
• SAP, Oracle or Primavera experience
• Willingness to travel to vendor facilities
