Job summary

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Management Supervisor to oversee EPC/PMC contract administration for major Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery projects in the Middle East. The role focuses on contract compliance, risk management, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of contract management experience, mandatory EPC contractor background, and prior Middle East exposure.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Supervisor to support the successful delivery of major EPC/PMC projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing contract administration activities, managing contractual risks, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and supporting claims and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

This position requires a strong understanding of complex project contracts, excellent stakeholder management skills, and extensive experience working on large-scale projects in the Middle East.

• Administer and manage EPC, PMC, and related project contracts from award through closeout.
• Review and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and mitigate contractual risks.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against contractual obligations.
• Lead contract correspondence, notices, amendments, variations, and change orders.
• Support commercial and project teams in the evaluation and resolution of contractual issues.
• Identify, assess, and manage contract risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and review claims, counterclaims, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute-related documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of contract records.
• Coordinate with project controls, procurement, legal, and construction teams to ensure effective contract administration.
• Provide contractual guidance and support to project management teams.
• Participate in negotiations with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare periodic reports on contract status, commercial exposure, and key contractual matters.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
• 10-15 years of contract management and contract administration experience.
• Mandatory experience working for EPC Contractors.
• Proven experience on major EPC projects within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Refinery industries.
• Previous experience in the Middle East region is essential.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims management, change orders, and dispute resolution.
