Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years UAE experience in subcontract management, vendor inspection, QA/QC or procurement support.
Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of ASME B31.1/B31.3, ASME Sections II/V/IX, ASME B16, ASTM standards, API 5L, AWS D1.1.
Fluent Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

Support subcontract management activities across Oil & Gas and EPC projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, procurement teams, and project stakeholders.
Support vendor inspection and QA/QC activities.
Review technical and quality documentation related to subcontracted work.
Work with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Review Material Requisitions (MRs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and Purchase Orders (POs).
Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and manufacturing dossiers.
Ensure subcontracted materials and services comply with applicable project specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate vendor manufacturing, inspection, testing, and documentation activities.
Support technical reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Travel to vendor facilities when required.
