Job summary

CB&I is seeking a Subcontracts Specialist to oversee contracts for oil and gas construction projects in the UAE. The role covers pre- and post-award activities, bid evaluations, and contract administration across multiple packages.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in EPC subcontract roles, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills to coordinate with operations and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in EPC with contract and subcontract administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Project Management, SCM, or related field.
• Experience executing subcontract templates, packages, bid evaluations, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer subcontracts for oil and gas construction activities.
• Provide technical/functional support to projects and teams.
• Coordinate contract documents and pre/post-award administration.
• Assist with bid invitations, evaluations, and contract awards.
• Oversee post-award administration including invoicing and status reporting.
• Support subcontract strategy development to minimize company risk.
