Role Purpose:

Overseeing studio’s day to day operations.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing front desk staff and studio’s day to day operation
• Communicating and assisting the studio management in studio tasks.
• Participating in weekly staff meeting, preparing minutes of meeting if required.
• Managing and training staff in using Mindbody Software.
• Managing studio inventory and vendor relationships.
• Training new reception team members.
• Communication with head office team (HR, Accounting, Purchasing thru EPMS).
• Website basic maintenance.
• Social Media Budget Tracking, Social Media Post Boosting & Helping with inquiries.
• Replies in Reviews.
• Schedule uploading for Group Classes & BASI Teacher Training Course (if needed) and Appointment Setting for Private Clients.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
