Job summary

Universitätsklinikum Bonn is seeking a Student Success Officer to provide guidance, follow-up, and supportive interventions to students to boost academic progress and retention through graduation.

You will implement early-alert procedures, coordinate with academic and administrative units, and help deliver orientation and student success activities. Strong communication in Arabic and English and a degree in a related field are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration or a related field.
• Additional qualifications in academic advising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to students and help identify challenges affecting success.
• Follow up with students showing indicators of difficulty or declining performance.
• Implement early-alert and intervention procedures per Center programs.
• Develop and monitor individual student support plans with University units.
• Refer students to advising, counseling, learning resources, and career services.
• Maintain records, collect data, and prepare periodic reports.
