Job summary

Mashreq in the United Arab Emirates seeks a capable professional to manage operational aspects of Facility and Security Agency functions within corporate banking. You will ensure service standards, coordinate with lenders and borrowers, and monitor agency transactions to meet timelines.

The role requires 1 year in an agency setting, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate with experience in Corporate Banking including preferably 1 year in Agency role.
• Documentation skills to interpret LMA standard documentation.
• Strong communication with borrowers, lenders and internal/external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of Facility and Security Agency functions.
• Operate agency function to ensure service standards and timelines.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders on agency transactions.
• Monitor client/agency agreements and tasks; report to Agency Head.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage legal/compliance issues.
