Mashreq Securities in Dubai seeks an experienced professional to manage daily securities-related activities, ensure procedures are followed, and prevent operational losses. You will prepare trade confirmations, post entries, and maintain accurate MIS for stakeholders.

The role requires 2 years in a brokerage environment, strong English communication, and Arabic language ability is preferred. You will interact with customers, handle inquiries, and support reconciliations and reporting to CAD.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in a brokerage house of medium-sized entity.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Handle Mashreq Securities related activities per laid down procedures and ensure no operational loss.
• Timely submission of MIS to stakeholders.
• Check Corporate Actions for DFM / ADX / NASDAQ and GCC markets and update the Trading system.
• Apply for investor numbers for customers.
• Post financial entries in the core system.
• Handle customer queries and resolve them.
• Prepare trade confirmations and send to customers.
• Reconcile customer portfolios at defined intervals and investigate any exceptions.
• Report HO trades done through Mashreq Securities to CAD for booking in HO books.

• Reconciliation of customer portfolio as per agreed intervals and investigations in case of any exception
• Report HO trades done through Mashreq Securities to CAD for booking the same in HO books

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Graduate from a recognized University.
• Experience of 2 years in a brokerage house of medium-sized entity.
• Good command over spoken and written English.
• Due to nature of job, candidates with command on Arabic language will be preferred.
