Ideal Profile The position requires at least 6 years of experience in construction inspection and contract compliance involving structural projects. Practical exposure to buildings, foundations, bridges or comparable structural infrastructure will be valuable. Candidates should understand structural assessment and construction quality control procedures and be capable of comparing actual site conditions against drawings, specifications and acceptance requirements. Knowledge of UAE building codes, structural standards and local regulatory requirements is important. The successful candidate should also be comfortable reviewing material certifications and test results and documenting inspection evidence accurately. Experience with digital inspection software or project management systems is desirable, together with proficiency in photographic documentation and structured field reporting.
