Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic inspections of civil works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
• Supervise site activities and monitor contractor and subcontractor performance against established quality requirements.
• Review civil construction materials, installation methods, and workmanship for conformity with project requirements.
• Identify defects, non-conformances, and deviations and communicate required corrective actions to responsible teams.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, technical observations, and supporting site documentation.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents to assess execution against design intent.
• Perform quality assurance and quality control checks throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Verify that civil works comply with UAE construction regulations, building codes, and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with testing laboratories and review material test results, certificates, and related compliance documents.
• Monitor follow-up actions and confirm satisfactory rectification of previously identified deficiencies.

Ideal Profile Candidates

Practical experience in civil inspection, site supervision, construction quality control, or quality assurance is required. Candidates should understand civil construction materials, methods, workmanship standards, testing procedures, and common site inspection practices. Experience working on projects in the UAE or wider Middle East region will be valuable.
