Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of civil construction and finishing works at different stages of project execution.
• Verify completed activities against approved drawings, specifications, method requirements and project quality standards.
• Inspect finishing materials and workmanship for consistency, durability, appearance and compliance with approved requirements.
• Monitor site activities involving contractors and subcontractors and highlight quality or compliance concerns promptly.

Ideal Profile

Candidates should hold a bachelor 's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related technical field and have at least 8 years of relevant building construction experience. Strong practical knowledge of civil works and architectural finishes is essential, including the ability to evaluate materials, installation methods and workmanship during site inspections. The successful candidate should be comfortable interpreting construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation and capable of identifying defects and non-conforming work accurately.
