Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, Retail/Premier sales preferred.
• Understanding of Premier proposition and wealth product processes.
• Familiar with CRM and RM Platform and related systems.
• Knowledge of branch operational procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality sales support to PWRMs to secure appointments and service clients.
• Reduce time spent on administrative tasks to increase PWRMs’ capacity.
• Assist PWRMs in managing client contact and service, including calls and enquiries.
• Prepare and complete sales documents, input data, and generate reports.
• Ensure input quality for wealth deals stays within target.
• Handle client enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
