G Sons Power is seeking an experienced Commercial Synergies & Value Creation Specialist in Dubai to identify growth opportunities and optimize profitability. You will analyze performance, develop actionable strategies, and drive value creation across functions such as Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing.

The role requires strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills, with a focus on pricing optimization, partnerships, and performance benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business analysis, or value creation.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and business case development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify commercial synergies to improve revenue, profitability, and business performance.
• Analyze business operations, market trends, and financial performance to identify value opportunities.
• Develop strategies to optimize pricing, costs, resource utilization, and processes.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and growth initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis, business case assessments, and performance benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy teams.
• Support business transformation and value enhancement initiatives.
• Establish KPIs to measure commercial performance and value creation outcomes.
• Prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor implementation and effectiveness of commercial initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for revenue diversification and sustainable growth.
