Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation to join the corporate office in Dubai. The role focuses on driving enterprise-wide transformation, developing new business blueprints, and leading portfolio management across the leisure, hospitality, entertainment, and real estate sectors.

The successful candidate will oversee governance, deliver strategic initiatives, and report progress with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with Dubai Holding’s objectives and growth

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of strategy experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate sector gained through direct industry experience or multiple projects.
• Experience leading transformation and value-creation initiatives across consumer, leisure, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
• MBA / CFA / CA qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes including operating model redesign and AI-enabled transformation.
• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses with market assessment and go-to-market strategy.
• Lead portfolio reviews, track milestones, and report progress and risks.
• Define readiness and manage end-to-end initiatives with stakeholder alignment and governance.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to executive governance materials and communication on strategy and value creation.
