Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation at the corporate office. This role suits someone with real estate strategy experience in a global consultancy, partnering with the Executive Director to establish governance for Strategy Execution & Monitoring and to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a strategy role within consulting or similar organisations.
• Good knowledge of the real estate industry from direct work or multiple projects.
• Experience working on Real Estate projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver under high expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimization, AI-enabled transformation and customer experience improvement.
• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses, covering market assessment, value proposition, go-to-market strategy, operating model and business plan validation.
• Translate approved blueprints into executable implementation plans and lead mobilization through launch.
• Lead periodic reviews of portfolio companies’ strategic initiatives and key milestones.
• Prepare management updates highlighting progress, risks and mitigation actions.
• Review and challenge vertical submissions to ensure accurate reporting.
• Define and assess readiness of initiatives aligned with Dubai Holding’s objectives and priorities.
• Manage initiatives end-to-end with root-cause analysis and risk mitigation, across a complex stakeholder landscape.
• Define sustainable delivery milestones of strategic initiatives.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and regular updates to stakeholders.
