Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Strategy & Value Creation at the corporate office to drive enterprise-wide transformation, new business blueprints, and governance for Strategy Execution & Monitoring. You will work closely with the Executive Director to implement initiatives, manage complex stakeholders, and deliver impactful governance support.

The role requires 4–6 years in a strategy role, strong analytical and modelling skills, and mastery of Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience in a strategy role within consulting or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced quantitative analysis and modelling skills
• Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize activities whilst being resilient and able to cope under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process optimization, AI-enabled transformation and customer experience improvement
• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses, covering market assessment, value proposition, go-to-market strategy, operating model and business plan validation
• Translate approved business blueprints into executable implementation plans and lead mobilization through launch
• Lead periodic reviews of portfolio companies’ strategic initiatives and key milestones
• Prepare management updates highlighting progress, key risks and mitigation actions
• Review and challenge vertical submissions to ensure accurate, consistent and reliable reporting
• Define and assess the readiness of initiatives ensuring alignment with Dubai Holding’s objectives
• Manage initiatives end-to-end with complex stakeholder landscape across business
• Define milestones of strategic transformational initiatives
• Manage cross-functional initiatives for on-time delivery with collaboration
• Ensure regular information exchange with stakeholders and updates on progress
• Build relationships with key personnel to help achieve goals
• Contribute to presentations and reports on business cases and progress across objectives
• Prepare business presentations and reports for Strategy & Value Creation for stakeholders
