Job summary

ADMECHON CONTRACTING LLC is seeking a skilled professional to lead infrastructure projects in the UAE, including roads, drainage, sewerage, and water supply utilities. You will coordinate with RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees, and other authorities to obtain NOCs and permits and manage submissions for approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Public Administration.
• Proven experience in UAE infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures and NOC requirements.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and government departments.
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects including roads, drainage sewerage, water supply utilities and related civil works.
• Coordinate with UAE authorities such as RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees and others.
• Obtain NOCs, work permits, design approvals, construction permits and completion certificates.
• Prepare and submit drawings, technical documents, method statements and other required submissions for authority approval.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, clients and government authorities.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards and HSE compliance.
• Follow up on authority comments and ensure timely approval and closure.
• Supervise site execution to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and authority requirements.
