Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Strategy Specialist to lead the development, evaluation, and monitoring of long-term infrastructure plans across government programs in Abu Dhabi.

You will drive capital investment prioritization, policy alignment, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring resilient, sustainable urban growth and value realization for municipal and transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/infra-related field.
• Experience in infrastructure planning and public sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and enhancement of infrastructure strategies, master plans, and long-term development frameworks.
• Develop strategic recommendations to support municipal and transportation infrastructure growth.
• Ensure alignment with government priorities and urban development plans.
• Assess future infrastructure requirements based on population growth and service demand.
• Support policy frameworks and planning guidelines.
• Conduct strategic assessments, feasibility studies, and gap analyses.
• Evaluate performance, capacity, and service level needs.
• Develop investment priorities and implementation roadmaps.
• Analyze trends and emerging technologies for decision-making.
• Perform scenario planning and risk assessments for resilience.
• Support capital investment programs and funding strategies.
• Lead prioritization using strategic, financial, operational, and risk criteria.
• Assess benefits/impacts of initiatives and advise on resource allocation.
• Support business case development for major programs.
• Collaborate with asset management to align strategy with lifecycle objectives.
• Involve asset condition and risk info in planning processes.
• Contribute to renewal/replacement strategies and sustainable practices.
• Develop and monitor strategic KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Present findings to senior management and governance bodies.
• Coordinate with government authorities, municipalities, and utilities.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and planning sessions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance in planning processes.
• Promote sustainability and resilience in infrastructure programs.
