Job summary

Combuzz in Dubai seeks an experienced UAE National HR Supervisor to support Emirati employees across the organization. You will handle employee relations, engagement, retention, recruitment, and regulatory compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, Emiratisation and Nafis guidelines.

This role requires a mature HR professional with strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple HR matters effectively on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5–6 years HR experience with at least 2 years in Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, Emiratisation and Nafis.
• Experience supporting or managing a sizeable UAE National workforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and professional English, both written and spoken.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor for UAE National employees across the organization.
• Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in a fair and confidential manner.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives for Emirati employees.
• Support career development, professional growth, and internal mobility initiatives for UAE Nationals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, Emiratisation requirements, and Nafis guidelines.
• Monitor and stay updated on changes to MOHRE and Nafis policies and requirements.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding activities for UAE National positions.
• Support the smooth integration of new Emirati employees into the organization.
• Advise employees and line managers on performance management, employee development, and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate records relating to Emirati headcount, recruitment, turnover, engagement, and employee relations.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide relevant workforce insights to management.
• Partner with management and other HR teams to address employee-related matters and support organizational objectives.
